Assumption of Risk Alcohol Policy (21+) No Refunds Right to Refuse Entry Media Release Limitation of Liability

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or accessing services provided by PGH Live Nation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Admission & Assumption of Risk

All attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. PGH Live Nation, the venue, performers, promoters, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or other harm sustained while attending the event.

Attendance at events may involve loud music, large crowds, flashing lights, and other conditions that may pose risks to certain individuals.

2. Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and consumed at PGH Live Nation events in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

By attending, you acknowledge and agree:

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
PGH Live Nation and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person at their sole discretion.
Intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
PGH Live Nation is not responsible for any injury, damage, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
Attendees assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct.

Important: Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited. Please drink responsibly.

3. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided except where required by law or in the event of event cancellation.

Event lineups, times, and details are subject to change without notice.

4. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove

PGH Live Nation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund for:

Disorderly conduct
Illegal activity
Intoxication or impairment
Safety violations
Failure to comply with venue or event policies

5. Media Release

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. PGH Live Nation may use your likeness for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGH Live Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to event attendance or ticket purchase.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase tickets or attend the event.
